ABOUT FRANK AHENKORAH
Frank Ahenkorah, SHRM-CP (bit.ly/3sL6MvU), is Certified Human Resource Professional, and a professional trainer with special interest in Organizational Behaviour, hence his passion for workplace civility/interpersonal relations and cross-cultural communication. He is Associate member of the Ghana Psychological Association.
Frank provides outstanding training and is advisor to many private business owners and church leaders. He passionately provides advisory services on matters of workplace civility, good manners, politesse, and voluntarily gives career counselling and courtesy coaching to young people. He is also the lead facilitator for ushering skills training for church ushers and greeters.
He is a long-term contractor for CR Consultancy, providing administrative and travel/protocol-related activities for its client, Mensin Gold Bibiani Ltd, a subsidiary of Resolute Mining Ltd. (Australian Gold Mining Company) since 2014. His rich experience as Customer Team Leader at Barclays Bank of Ghana and Administrative Officer, Planning, Research and Growth Directorate of the Methodist Church Ghana Headquarters (Christian Organisation), helped him to envision the need for today’s churches to build people-centred churches by training their ushers and greeters to add professional touches to their work, create a person-responsive culture by being friendly and courteous and prompt in responding to the needs of the congregation.
Frank writes warmhearted articles on workplace civility and church growth for the Daily Graphic, Ghana’s national and the most read newspaper under the features and editorial column.

The workplace civility training provides managers, supervisors, business owners, and human resource professionals, proper tools to implement a civility policy in their own organisations.
I aim to help my clients to build and implement a culture of civility that is free from bullying, intimidation, harassment, rudeness, and other forms of negative behaviour that affects employees’ emotional wellbeing and productivity. I provide practical and helpful guidelines and tools to solve workplace incivility problems and help organisations build respectful workplace where employees thrive, interact and relate well and freely with each other.
On Ushering skills, I pay critical attention to developing great ushers for awesome service by providing thought-provoking and hands-on ushering skills training to suit present-day church. I aim to help to make churches more responsive to its guests and better able to attract new members whilst retaining existing ones.
